Keynote Speakers include: Professor Sarah Rowland-Jones, Professor Simon Wain-Hobson and Professor Mike Malim.

Following on from the great success of our 1st HIV Symposium in 2008, we at Barts & the London School of Medicine are organising a 2nd HIV Symposium to take place on Monday June 28th 2010. Professors Simon Wain-Hobson, Sarah Rowland-Jones and Mike Malim will be our keynote speakers on subjects such as HIV and Cancer, protective immunity in HIV infection and virus-host interactions. We hope to repeat the success of the 1st HIV Symposium and bring together all those working in the HIV field in the UK for a day of exciting talks and exchange of ideas. The Symposium will make use of the first class facilities at Barts and The London Medical School, including the Perrin Lecture Theatre, part of the Blizard Institute for Cell and Molecular Science.

This year we are introducing a poster session so invite abstract submissions from all who would like to be considered.  Please send abstracts to b.bell@qmul.ac.uk by the deadline of Friday 21st May 2010 in either Word or PDF format.  It should include authors, affiliation, title and a brief description of the poster (500 words maximum).
