Data Collection and Templates
CEG produces a wide range of clinical system templates to support QOF, Enhanced Services and other local clinical improvement programmes. Each template is accompanied by a template guide. Currently, we produce LV, Vision and PCS templates. EMIS web templates are under development to support the move to practice EMIS Web in 2011/12.
Clinical facilitators support practices in the use of clinical templates. Our most recent templates are available to down load from the "Clinical Templates" section. The templates are updated regularly to reflect annual changes in QOF and east London enhanced services.
