EMIS Web Reporting Tools and Dashboards
CEG produces significant information to assist General Practices and PCT's to understand their practices/populations. Areas covered include:
- Enhanced Services - yearly and quarterly reports.
- Chronic Disease Management Report - This includes a basket of indicators for the major chronic diseases in east London. We include age standardised prevalence rates for each condition to assist with understanding local QOF performance, and to provide data for comparison with other localities.
- Monthly Dashboard Reports - CEG support networks and GP consortia to use the monthly reports on the primary care investment programme (enhanced primary care for major chronic disease) in Tower Hamlets.
- Enhanced Services Progress Reports - a new web based claims tool for the enhanced services is under development.
