Commissioning Course
What is commissioning? How are my patients’ needs assessed? What does it mean to hold a real budget and how are budgets going to be allocated? How will this change my working life and why should I get involved?
Queen Mary, University of London is running a short course for GPs, Practice Managers, Nurses and PCT Managers on Commissioning.
The course will:
1. Help you to understand the theory behind commissioning and the need to appreciate change management.
2. Develop skills in the evaluation of data for planning services.
3. Build skills in leading service development and teamwork.
The course will run in the week of 6-10 June.
Course Fee: £500, book before Friday 13 May and receive a 30% discount (£350)
