Dihydroethidium Loading Protocol

1. Pellet cells and adjust to million cells per ml.

2. Dissolve dihydroethiduium in DMSO (Invitrogen, Cat. No.D1168).

3. Adjust dihydroethidium to a final concentration of 5 uM.

4. Incubate at 37C for 30 mins.

5. Wash cells in PBS.

6. Add DAPI (200 ng/ml)
