Hydrogen Peroxide Detection Protocol

1. Induce apoptosis in cells of interest.
2. Load cells with 1 mM H₂CDFA for 30 min at 37⁰C.
3. Wash cells twice in PBS.
4. Collect 20,000 events using the 530/30nm channel on a BD LSRII.
