SYTO 16 Staining Protocol

1. Pellet cells, including any cells in supernatants from adherent cell cultures.

2. Resuspended in 500 ml of PBS

3. Add 125nM SYTO 16 (Invitrogen Cat. No. S7578.

4. Incubate at RT for 20 mins

5. Add viability dye DAPI (200 ng/ml)

6. Collect 10-20,000 events.
