Mitotracker Green labelling Protocol

1. Resuspend 0.5 million cells in 1ml of PBS.
2. Add 40nM MitoTracker Green (MTG) (Invitrogen M7514) for 15 mins at 37C.
3. Wash with PBS.
4. Add 200ng/ml of DAPI (Sigma D9542).
5. Set the 530/30nm channel to linear.
6. Doublet discriminate via Area & Width parameters .
7. Analyse by flow cytometry collecting 25,000 events per sample.
