Bisoxonol Protocol

1. Pellet cells and adjust to 10 x 10⁶/ml.

2. Make a 1mM solution of Bisoxonol DiBAC₄(5) (Invitrogen, Cat. No. B436) dissolved in ethanol.

3. Incubate cells with 100 nM DiBAC₄(5) at 37⁰C for 15 min.

4. Wash in PBS.

5. Adjust cells to 1 x 10⁶/ml in Falcon 5ml tubes.

6. Run flow cytometer with 575 nm or 610/10nm channel on log scale against the Time parameter.
