The flow cytometry core facility has instrumentation and expertise to support various types of analysis of cells including phenotyping, rare event enumeration, cytokine production, cell-cycle analysis, apoptosis assessment as well as functional investigation of cell-cell interactions and cellular activation. In addition sterile sorting of cells for cell culture and in vitro expansion are available.
