Sort purities

Typically on a BD FACS ARIA over 98% purity for each sorted population can be achieved and 75% recovery of cell numbers given by the instrument. The first figure shows a sort strategy for five colour sorting of murine thymocytes. The second and third figures show the sort purity for two of the populations to be >98%.
