Live cell cycle analysis

 

Live cell cycle analysis with Hoechst 33342

 

Flow cytometry may be used to analyse cell cycle in live cells by loading cells with Hoechst 33342 at 10 ug/ml for 45 mins at 37C and PI added (5 ug/ml).
