Muse detection of Fluorescent Proteins

The Muse instrument can be used to measure fluorescence not from a Millipore kit. Fluorescent protein fluorescence from mCherry can be quantitated by use of the 575nm or PI channel as the Green 532nm laser line excites mCherry and collects the emissionwhich can be displayed if the User collects the fluoresence as a histogram of mCherry fluorescence with an MFI read out using the Cy3 Smartflare program, see figure.
