HomeThe Muse Human CD Antigen kits employ two antibodies stained with antibody of choice, CD4-PE, CD8-PE, CD19-PE, CD69-PE, CD25-PE or equiqualent and a pan lymphocyte marker conjugated to a red fluorochrome. Whole blood can be employed as a no wash RBC lysing reagent is provided with the kit, see staining protocol below. The Muse also gives absoloute counts for these lymphocyte subsets.
